Returns & Exchange
Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. For example, products that are intimate cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted on a case by case (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refund notification must be made maximum by the 3rd day of delivery.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card , within 10 to 45 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance & seasonal sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
It is recommended to contact our customer service team through live chat / email. Contact us immediately within 3 days of order delivery.

Size change requests
Adding or changing an offer code
Delivery address update
Updates to products ordered

We will arrange pickup and delivery free of charge only to replace items if they are defective or damaged or not as described on the website, else delivery cost will be charged to the customer. Exchange can be simply done by contacting our customer service team through live chat or send us an email at CS@SHOPZINIA.COM.

Exchange / Return Shipping
Upon receipt of exchange / return request will schedule a pick-up by one of our courier services.
Please pack the item in its original state and packaging. Hand over the package to the courier representative.

Exchange / Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your exchange / refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of standard shipping will be deducted from your refund. Free shipping is promotional for orders that meet certain criteria, and in case of refund, standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.  

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We begin to process orders immediately after they are placed;
If the order is shipped it will not be possible to cancel it but you still cancel it upon delivery. Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours if not shipped. Contact our customer service team and they will be more than happy to assist you. Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for the following items:

Wigs, beards, facial hair or any other type of artificial hair
Prosthetics and accessories (ears, teeth, fangs, etc.)
Undergarments, hosiery, swimwear, socks and stockings
Soiled, dirty or damaged goods and/or garments
Bundles, Costume Sets containing any of the above mentioned items
